TERMS OF USE
BETABitX Space is in BETA and not yet open to the public.

Terms of use BitX Space

These terms apply to bitxspace.com and the whole BitX Space system, including alerts on the web, Push and Telegram, and are governed by Thai law. Signing in or using the service means you accept them. This is a translation: if it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version governs.

01Provider and contact

  1. This service is provided under the name “BitX Space” through this website only; there is no agent or other channel using the same name.
  2. The provider is a natural person, not a company or legal entity, and is the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act.
  3. Provider and data controller: นิทัศน์ ศรีษะน้อย
  4. For personal data, exercising your rights and complaints, contact ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com

03What BitX Space is

  1. BitX Space is an advisory tool for analysing the BTC/USDT market, used only by people the administrator invites, and is in BETA.
  2. The system uses artificial intelligence (AI), called Hermes, to screen signals, write analyses, answer questions and carry out the commands you allow. Content the AI produces is always shown as coming from Hermes.
  3. The system analyses OKX candles on 4 timeframes (15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, daily), uses Binance as the fallback price source when OKX is unavailable, and uses Funding rate and Open Interest data from OKX.
  4. Signals, indicators, backtest results and paper-portfolio figures are all computed by code, not by AI.
  5. The system does not connect to exchange accounts, does not store exchange API keys and does not place real orders. Anything related to real trading is shown as “coming soon” and cannot be used.

04Accounts

  1. There is no self sign-up. The administrator creates accounts; users set their own password through a one-time link valid for 48 hours. Nobody sets a password on a user’s behalf.
  2. Users must be of legal age under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and use the service in their own name.
  3. Every account must turn on two-step verification (2FA) with an authenticator app, and should keep its backup codes somewhere safe.
  4. One account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs the old one out.
  5. Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 15 minutes, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
  6. Do not let anyone else use your account or share your password or 2FA codes. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password at once and tell the administrator or email ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com.
  7. The administrator can disable an account, reset its 2FA or sign it out everywhere. When an account is disabled, every way in stops at once.

05Hermes, the AI assistant

  1. Hermes uses AI models from outside providers (Anthropic’s Claude, with OpenAI as the fallback) to screen signals — alert, keep quiet or discard — write the daily analysis and answer questions from the system’s data.
  2. What you type in the Hermes chat, and the data needed to answer it, is sent to those AI providers to be processed. Do not put passwords, keys or unnecessary personal information in the chat.
  3. Hermes can only run commands the system has registered, such as creating paper portfolios, running backtests, setting alert rules and pausing alerts. For each command you choose off, ask first, or go ahead, and every command is logged for review.
  4. Hermes cannot access passwords, 2FA or any key, and has no right to place orders.
  5. AI answers can be wrong — check them against the real data before every decision. If the AI is unavailable, the system still alerts signals by its rules.

06Alerts

  1. Alerts can reach you three ways: on the web, by Web Push on devices you turn it on for, and by Telegram linked to your account.
  2. You set your own quiet hours and pauses; urgent kinds you select still come through.
  3. Alerts can be late or not arrive, for example when the network, an outside provider or the system fails. Do not rely on alerts as your only risk control.

07Paper portfolios and backtests

  1. Paper portfolios (paper trading) and backtests use imaginary money only; no real money is involved.
  2. The calculations use cautious assumptions — round-trip fees are deducted, and a candle that touches both the profit target and the stop loss counts as a loss — but real results can differ because of slippage, liquidity and events past data does not reflect.
  3. Past results — of signals, paper portfolios and backtests — do not guarantee future results.

08Not investment advice

  1. Data, signals, analyses and Hermes’ answers are there to inform decisions only. They are not investment advice and do not take your financial situation into account.
  2. Crypto is volatile and high risk; you can lose everything you invest. Trading decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own.

09What the system stores

  1. Account data: username, a one-way hashed password (argon2id) and encrypted 2FA data. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
  2. Usage data: signed-in sessions with each session’s IP address and browser type, a log of important actions (audit log), and the system’s decision log.
  3. Data you create: Hermes chat history, paper portfolios, alert rules, personal skills, alert settings, the Telegram link and devices with Web Push turned on.
  4. AI provider keys and the Telegram bot token set from the web are encrypted before they are stored; the web shows only the last characters so you can recognise them.
  5. The database is backed up regularly. Data is used only to run BitX Space and is not sold or passed to anyone, except the providers the system needs as listed in these terms.
  6. You can clear your chat history, unlink Telegram and turn off Push on a device yourself in Settings. To close or delete your account, contact ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com.

10Your personal data rights (PDPA)

  1. The data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) is นิทัศน์ ศรีษะน้อย, who runs BitX Space, reachable at ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com. Data is collected, used or disclosed only as needed to provide the service described in these terms.
  2. Legal bases: performing our agreement with you (your account, alerts and the features you use) and the legitimate interest in keeping the system secure (sign-in and important-action logs).
  3. Some providers the system uses are outside Thailand, such as the AI providers, the network and the servers, so the data each needs may be sent or processed abroad — only with providers that have data protection measures.
  4. Data is kept only as long as needed for the service and security. When an account is deleted or the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or made anonymous, unless the law requires it to be kept.
  5. You have the right to access and get a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted or its use restricted, object to processing, have it transferred, and withdraw consent (where given), by emailing ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com.
  6. If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

11Outside providers and cookies

  1. The system uses outside services only where needed: OKX and Binance (market data), ForexFactory (economic calendar), Anthropic and OpenAI (Hermes), Telegram and browser push services (alerts), Cloudflare (network and protection), DigitalOcean (servers and database) and Google Fonts (fonts).
  2. The system uses only a session cookie for signing in (httpOnly) and keeps your language and whether you signed in before in your browser. There is no advertising and no advertising-tracking cookie.
  3. These cookies and this data are needed for the site to work, so under the PDPA they are used without asking for consent. A notice tells you about them on your first visit, and if non-essential cookies — such as usage analytics — are ever added, consent will always be asked first.
  4. You can delete cookies and browser data at any time in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again.

12What you must not do

  1. Try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around authentication, rate limits or any security measure.
  2. Send large numbers of requests or scrape data automatically in a way that affects the service.
  3. Use the system’s data or signals to give investment advice to others while presenting it as BitX Space’s advice.
  4. Put false information or unlawful content into the system, including through the Hermes chat and personal skills.
  5. Unauthorised access to or interference with the system may be an offence under the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended.
  6. Breaking these rules may get an account disabled without notice.

13Availability and liability

  1. The system is in BETA and may stop, malfunction or change features without notice. Data from outside providers may be late or inaccurate.
  2. BitX Space is provided as is and, to the extent the law allows, is not liable for damage or investment losses arising from using or being unable to use the system, its data, signals or AI answers.

14Governing law

  1. These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand; disputes arising from the service fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
  2. If any clause cannot be enforced by law, the others remain in effect.

15Changes to these terms

  1. These terms may be updated as the system’s features change; the latest update date is shown on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new terms.
  2. Questions about these terms, your personal data or your account: contact นิทัศน์ ศรีษะน้อย at ayanx.mn.coreaxis2026@gmail.com.
